Jen was listening to a podcast while running the San Francisco Marathon and on the podcast they were talking about how clean water is still not accessible to everyone in the world. Nearly 1 in 3 people still don't have access to clean water. Blown away by this fact, Jen knew she could use Snorfler to help change not only lives in North America, but around the world.
This idea was great, but how do you actually give clean water? After a lot of research, Jen came across the website Water For People. They have over 30 years working with communities and helping millions of people. After reading through their website Jen knew that Water For People was who she wanted to work with. Therefore, with every Snorfler or Baby Snorfler purchased WE donate 75 or 50 gallons of clean water. (WE) because it is not possible without you! Our goal is 1,000,000 gallons of clean water. Thank you for helping us change the world. Here is a video from their website

We can not do this alone. With your help and our partner, Water For People we are able to donate clean water. Everyone needs to have clean water. Clean water keeps kids in school, it allows women and children more opportunity, and it ends poverty.

Did you know- More than 1 in 2 people don't have a decent toilet to use, 3 in 10 children don't have clean water in school and nearly 1 in 3 people lack access to clean water?

Water For People is a a global nonprofit that helps people bring clean water and sanitation solutions to communities around the world. Water For People partners with local organizations, governments, businesses, and citizens, providing the support they need to bring water and sanitation systems to their own towns, cities, and countries. We are excited to work towards our goal of 1,000,000 gallons donated and we hope you will join us.
In 2017, Jen and her husband Brandon, went to an orphanage/school in Africa to help volunteer. They housed roughly 15 children in the orphanage and had over 100 students on weekdays at the school. This experience changed her life. While in Africa, Jen helped the children tend to their garden. For meal times, they would then pick and wash the greens and cook them. The children had learned the entire process and were capable of doing it on their own. Jen realized how incredibly important it is to not only give to people overseas, but to create a sustainable system that they can learn to take care of themselves in order to not become reliant on aid. Sustainability is crucial to long-term success and this is exactly why Jen was drawn to work with Water For People. They put a great importance on sustainability.
